Elegant Wedding (@ Lon Lane's Inspired Occasions)
The bride and groom wanted a very elegant and intimate wedding for around 50 of their closest friends and relatives. The result was a gorgeous sprint wedding outside with a delicious reception including onion puffs, European cucumber rounds with sun-dried tomato pesto and feta cheese, spinach salad with strawberries, mango, dried cranberries, caramelized pecans, goad these, pumpkin seeds, and fried shallots. The dual entrée was beef tenderloin, sliced as it was plated, and stuffed salmon with Yukon gold whipped potatoes and green bean and asparagus bundles. The dessert featured "Fruits of the Season:" strawberry filled with chocolate ganache, cantaloupe filled with Midori mouse, grilled pineapple filled with a banana-rum mousse, and kiwi half filled with a raspberry and white chocolate mousse. Of course, wedding cake was served!
